Peace and quiet
Because you and your family or friends are the only occupants in the villa you will enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet. This is one of the reasons for relaxing on a Cabo San Lucas vacation. No children running riot and no loud music.

Getting a place around the pool at a hotel or resort starts at around 6.00 am. You need to get your sun loungers booked with your towels before the big rush. At your villa you can go out to the pool when you want knowing that your sun lounger will always be there for you.

On rare occasions people do end up staying in a room they haven't even booked, and some even end up in a hotel they haven't booked. For a few of these people the new room or hotel can provide a better vacation, but on most occasions the new option is worse. This will generally effect you if you choose a not so well known company to book your holiday with.
Same price or even save money
If you're going on your Cabo vacation with friends then you can split the cost of your luxury villa between you. This can make your vacation cost the same, or even cost less than a stay at a busy, crowded hotel. You will however, need to adjust the amount you all put in to go with the size of the room you'll sleep in, or you can exchange rooms throughout your vacation. All Cabo villas have maid service so the bed linen gets changed regularly.
